Our Projects
There are 4 types of graphene applications, three of them are ready in our factory, the last one is under development.

PU mixed with graphene powder
Laminated graphene sheet Smart Textiles
Graphene yarn
Like a train engine, when it get's moving it starts to heats up when idle, it cools down, it cools down.

Graphene works in the same way in our garments. Equalising your body temperature to make warmer when out and moving and cooler when you relax to take a break.
When out in the winter cold, the jacket is padded but lighter than most winter jackets; yet it kept me warmer than those jackets all day when outside.

In shops I normally feel too warm and need to unzip my jacket. With this jacket I didn't need to because it kept me cool. Likewise, when I was in a freezer section I didn't feel the cold and warmed up instead.
Graphene is being called the 'Miracle Material' and is predicted to be a common fabric in the fashion market by the end of 2021.

We are offering you revolutionary technology that will de designed by us, in London. This will increase your brand equity as it is practical and trendy for workers and general consumers.
Graphene - Process
Increased Tear Strength
Graphene improved the tear strength of polyester compared to non-graphene coated polyester.
No Weight Loss
50,000 washes = 0.47% weight loss 10,000 washes = 0.30%
Increased Flexibility
Movement of weft and warp yarns under multidirectional load caused a decrease effect from the coating thus bursting strength of fabric increased.

Graphene coated with PU is affordable and produces great results for graphene results.
Laminated Graphene - Sheet

Affordable and easily manageable graphene construction
Nylon or fleece material = lightweight, breathable, improves fabric performance
Increased bending
and flexibility
Graphene laminated sheet directly onto coating shell fabric
Excellent thermal, optical and electrical properties
Ready and available at our factory

Bottle to Garment
“I used to be a bottle”.
Our Garments are made of recycled plastic bottles, an eco-fashion solution offered to increase the awareness of ocean plastic pollution and keep bottles and other plastics out of landfill and ocean. A transparent and verifiable business model that guarantees an honest product.
Bottles are collected and brought to a recycling facility, and the conversion process begins to turn plastic pollution into wearable fabric, from which garments are made.
How it is done:
Step 1: The plastic bottles are stripped of caps and labels and then they are thoroughly cleaned to remove any residue or contaminants.
Step 2: They are processed into flakes and washed again to ensure there is nothing left but 100% rPET remaining.
Step 3: The clean flakes are transformed into small pellets of pure recycled plastic that is virtually indistinguishable from "virgin" PET.
Step 4: The pellets are then extruded into yarn which can be made into any color you wish.
Step 5: The 100% recycled polyester yarn can be used on its own or blended with other eco-friendly yarns to produce fabrics.
Step 6: From the recycled polyester fabric, garments are made in a modern garment factory in Africa (AGOA(African Growth and Opportunity Act) country).
Fashion is the third highest industry contributing to carbon emissions, totalling to 5% of non-sustainable supply chains. With consumers being more wasteful, fashion is increasing its output of carbon emissions and general waste. It is vital that we change that.

Eight global supply chains account for more than 50% of annual greenhouse gas emissions. Only a small proportion of these emissions are produced during final manufacturing. Most are embedded in the supply chain—in base materials, agriculture, and the freight transport needed to move goods around the world.

We want to reuse the waste consumers have already produced by reusing plastic bottles and fabrics to reduce our global carbon footprint.
Recycled Fashion
-
Recycled polyester is made out of using recycled bottles.
-
Our recycled polyester jackets uses 16 recycled plastic bottles per jacket to make the recycled fabric.
-
This production saves 80% of energy used compared to regular polyester. (This is equivalent to saving 6 tons of petrol for 1 ton of polyester yarn.)
-
Carbon emissions are reduced from using recycled polyester
-
Recycled Nylon threads/garments (uses wasted textiles)
-
Reduces Carbon emissions, waste.
-
Does not contribute to fast fashion but tackles issues posed by those brands.
